Options Through College
UD offers several different housing options for
upperclass students, making UD unique from other college campuses.
Second-year students
are assigned through a random lottery into sophomore facilities. These include:
Campus South Apartments
- Houses 318 second-year students
- Co-ed by apartment
- Located in south student neighborhood
- Six-person, three-bedroom apartments
- Full kitchen, bath and living area
- Data/cable/phone connections
- Completely air conditioned
- Fully furnished & carpeted
- Laundry facility

Marycrest Complex
- Traditional residence hall housing 300 second-year students
and 700 first-year students segregated by wing and floor
- All double rooms with sinks and small refrigerators
- Data/cable/phone connections
- Floor lounges with full kitchen facilities
- Limited number of air conditioned rooms for students who provide
documentation of medical need
- Dining facility
- Laundry facility on site

Sophomore Garden Apartments
- Limited number of sophomores assigned
- Eligibility determined by specific academic and disciplinary
criteria
- Four-person, two-bedroom and six-person, three-bedroom apartments
- Full kitchen, bath and living area
- Data/cable/phone connections
- Completely air conditioned
- Fully furnished & carpeted
- Laundry facility's available

Virginia W. Kettering Suite Complex
- Houses 636 second-year students
- Co-ed by suite
- Four-person, two-bedroom suites
- Living area with small refrigerator and full bath
- Data/cable/phone connections
- Meal plan required
- Completely air conditioned
- Fully furnished & carpeted
- All-you-care-to-eat dining area
- Laundry facility

Junior/Senior students are offered many different residential options, through the
University Housing Lottery. Each student is prioritized by his or her UD start term
and number of credit hours.
Housing options include:
- University Houses in north and south neighborhoods ranging from two-person to
eight-person capacities
- Lawnview four-person, two-bedroom apartments
- Garden four-person, two-bedroom and six-person, three bedroom apartments
- ArtStreet six-person townhouses and four-person loft apartments
