Law
Student Housing
There are three apartment buildings available for law and
graduate students. All units include refrigerator, stove,
one phone line, extra-long twin bed(36" x 80"),
desk, chair, and table and chair(s). Depending on the building
and unit layout, the apartment may contain a lamp(s), dresser,
love seat, coffee table and lounge chair(s). Heat, water,
electric, garbage pickup, local phone service, basic cable
TV, and a computer network connection are included in the
housing cost.
Admitted first-year law students can request housing information
through the School
of Law.
Please Note: Law and graduate students cannot retain
their housing for the next academic year unless approved by
a Residence Education - Assignments staff member. For more
information, contact Veronica Champion at Residence Education
- Assignments office.
Plumwood Terrace
This 55 unit building that is located three blocks
from the School of Law and contains efficiency, single
and two-bedroom apartments with limited indoor parking.
Single apartments include a living room, bedroom, kitchen,
and bath. Efficiency units include a combination living
room/bedroom, kitchen and bath. Two bedroom apartments
include two single bedrooms for two law or graduate,
same gender students, living room, kitchen and bath.
All units are air-conditioned, and laundry facilities
are in the building.
There are a limited number of parking spaces available
at a cost of $25 per month. No large vehicles such as
SUVs and vans are permitted as a result of limited overhead
space.

218 L Street Apartments - Shared Bathroom Efficiencies
This four-unit building consists of four efficiency
apartments and is located two blocks from the School
of Law. The apartments contain similar furnishings as
Plumwood efficiency apartments and do not include indoor
parking, air-conditioning or laundry facilities.
