Graduate
Student Housing
Contracts are available by contacting the Residence Life
Office. Housing contracts are signed for the 9-month
academic year or School of Law 12-month academic year only.
The housing contract includes semester and spring
breaks. Extensions may be granted for students pursuing summer
study. Students can be released from their housing contract,
which is associated with a fee determined by the date of the
release request. (See
terms & conditions.)
Housing facilities for graduate students are Plumwood Terrace
Apartments or 218 L Street Efficiency Apartments.
The University of Dayton does not guarantee housing for law
or grad students. Names are taken on a first-come, first-serve
basis through a wait list
process and apartments are offered as they become available.
