Housing Waiting List - Right after the Lottery Details

Sophomore Housing Waiting List Information

Four-person and six-person groups participating in the VW Kettering, Marianist Hall, or Campus South lotteries who do not receive a suite, quad or an apartment should go to applications and complete a Residence Hall Lottery application in groups of two. The residence hall lottery is Sunday, March 15 and your two-person group will be able to select either a Marycrest Complex or Marianist Hall double room.

Four-person and six-person groups participating in the VW Kettering, Marianist Hall, or Campus South lotteries who do not receive a suite, quad or an apartment will automatically be put on the 4- or 6-person wait list in the order of their group's lottery priority. Four- and six-person groups, as well as all groups, may apply online for different group-sized waiting lists for V.W. Kettering, Marianist Hall, Campus South, Sophomore Garden Apartment (if available)or a different room in Marycrest Complex. A student may apply for any of these waiting list options: single-person, 2-person group, 3-person group, 4-person group, 5-person group, or 6-person group.

Sophomore students who wish to change their Fall 2009 assignment may complete an online waiting list form. The list is prioritized by lottery number if completed online no later than the first Wednesday after the online housing lottery. After this date the list is first-come, first-serve.

Junior/Senior Housing Waiting List Information

Students who were unsuccessful in receiving an offer in the housing lottery and students who wish to receive other housing offers even if they have a Fall 2009 assignment may complete an online waiting list form. The list is prioritized by lottery number if completed online no later than the first Wednesday after the online housing lottery. After this date, the list is first-come, first-serve.

On Thursday, after the housing lottery, wait list offers will begin for facilities that were not selected in the Sunday lottery and/or facilities that may be returned by groups after the lottery.

Historically, Jr/Sr four-person and two-person facilities have been available with the possibility of other sized housing. All of these facilities will be offered and assigned before Spring Break. Historically any student and/or group that desire UD housing is able to secure UD housing if willing to accept the facilities available. You will not be homeless!

A student may apply for any of these waiting list options: single-person, 2-person group, 3-person group, 4-person group, 5-person group, 6-person group, or 8-person.

Wait List offers will continue throughout the summer as vacancies and facilities become available.
