Request for Release from Housing Contract

Otherwise, if you have completed your Residential Living Contract and have accepted University housing, you may request to be released from your housing contract. Please see our contract cancellation policies.

Please click on the form the most describes your circumstances:

• I will not be attending classes at the University of Dayton campus.
• I will be attending classes at the University of Dayton, but am requesting to change from campus residency to commuting from my parent's permanent residence within 40 miles of UD's main campus. or guardian(s).
• I am a jr/sr student and will be attending classes at the University of Dayton and I am requesting to change from campus residence to a private landlord residence.
